QUALITY GOALS

STADIA Quality Goals are determined within the framework of the objectives specified in the STADIA Plan and their follow-up is carried out. In this context, the following objectives are stated for the activities of STADIA.

To update the planned practices in all processes of the company in a targeted manner and on time,
To develop project-oriented work, to use the most advanced technologies effectively and efficiently in the practices of the company, to complete projects completely and on time and to develop a culture of writing reports on results,
To establish a quality management system that proves that the units have been served and realized by taking into account the targeted results, to ensure the effective functioning of the system,
To implement quality control processes in a way that meets the minimum requirements of all legal regulations and relevant quality standards,
To fulfill the duties and responsibilities in line with the Plan and Quality Policy,
To evaluate quality and compliance with standards with the feedback of internal and external stakeholders,
To ensure that satisfaction is increased by measuring the satisfaction of employees and those who benefit from the service,
